Holt Hosiery Mills was organized by Ralph Manning Holt in 1947. Holt joined May Hosiery Mills in 1924, rose to
the position of secretary-treasurer and director of May and May McEwen Kaiser before resigning to form his own
company, Holt Hosiery.
Holt is also President-Treasurer, and Director of Burtex Mills and President-Treasurer and Director of Catherine
Mills, Inc.
