It is worth remembering that when you download from this site the PDF gives you the old yellow
( sign of age ) pages, while the B/W PDF gives you the white new looking book. For good image
quality the yellow type is best as you can then take it into a graphics program to give it the look
you prefer. I have found that the new scanned pages ( then turned white ) give a washed out look!!.
